Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We collect information necessary to provide and secure our services. This includes:

  • Identification Data: As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and other verification data depending on your requested destination.
  • Usage Data: To maintain service quality and prevent abuse (e.g., spam), we log technical data such as IP addresses, connection timestamps, and destination numbers.
  • Payment Data: Deposits are processed via Cryptomus. We do not store your private keys. We receive transaction confirmations to credit your account balance.

2. Use of Information

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC requirements.
  • To provide direct support via our official Telegram channel (@Simplyspam).
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent activities, hacking, or DDoS attacks.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Disclosure only occurs:

  • To payment processors (Cryptomus) to facilitate your transactions.
  • To Microsoft Clarity, which records how our website and the signed-in application are used (clicks, scrolling, pages and what they showed), linked to the signed-in account, so we can investigate reported issues and improve the service.
  • To law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law or in cases of severe policy violations (e.g., illegal activities).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal retention periods.

As stated in our Terms of Service, if an account remains in a negative balance for more than seven (7) days, all associated data, including organizational accounts, will be permanently deleted.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Please contact our support for such requests.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform, maintain active sessions, and improve our platform's functionality. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, though some parts of the service may not function properly without them.

Our website and the signed-in application use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay. It runs without analytics or advertising cookies and never records passwords or secret keys. Signed-in sessions are linked to the account (name, email, workspace and role) so we can review what happened when an issue is reported. You can block it with any content or tracker blocker.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform and services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.

10. Contact Information
