We provide telecommunications-related software and services (including call handling, routing, dashboards, and related features) to authorized tenants and users. Features may vary by plan or configuration.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization where applicable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations.
- Transmitting unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts.
- Using the service to send unsolicited or abusive communications (“spam”) in violation of policy or law.
5. Payments and Billing
Deposits and payments may be processed through our payment partner (e.g., Cryptomus). You authorize charges and credits in accordance with your account settings and applicable pricing.
If an account remains in a negative balance for more than seven (7) days, we may suspend or terminate access and permanently delete associated data, including organizational accounts, as described in our policies.
6. Service Availability
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party providers, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as permitted in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, where applicable.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal requirements, or risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law as determined by your agreement with us. Where permitted, disputes may be resolved in the courts or forums specified in your commercial agreement, or otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
